By purchasing a track from John6Media.com you are automatically granted a John6Media Standard Licence

What does a John6Media Standard Licence allow me to do with the purchased track

The John6Media Standard Licence grants you the purchaser a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to make use of the purchased product with permission to do the following

1. Use the track to create and record a vocal performance
2. Upload the resultant product from item 1 to any streaming/digital platform
3. Use the track as background music in a digital media product
4. Upload the resultant product from item 3 to a streaming/digital platform
5. Use the track as background music to a live performance (Online or Offline)

What use is prohibited by a John6Media Standard Licence

1. You cannot resell, redistribute or make copies of the track in its original format
2. You cannot re-upload the track in its original format on any streaming/digital platform

What items are not covered by the licence

The John6Media Standard Licence does not cover any other items in any output you create using the track.
It is your responsibility to obtain all other licences and to meet all conditions required by any other items contained in a product you create using the track.

Can I use the track to create a cover song and upload it to my youtube channel

You can use the track to create a cover song and upload the resultant song to youtube. It is however your responsibility to obtain any other licences of items used in the resultant song.

Can I perform a song using the track as background music whilst streaming Live on a digital platform

You can perform using the track as background music whilst steaming live on any supported platform.
